Go to your local Ford dealer, or carry a tape measure in your car for next time you see a parked one.0

Use this and scale it up with a grid in PhotoShop or GIMP.

Yes - I want it in the same position as the original
Absolutely right. I'm the sort of buyer who would notice a missing badge or one in the wrong place and I would ask why (unless it's the sort of car routinely de-badged by the manufacturer). Let's face it, you tend to look at more than one car and you should be picking up on these clues and asking why there are differences.
One thing though - please make sure you get it absolutely right in position; winds me right up when I see people's badges at jaunty angles or with letters spaced incorrectly because the repairing garage/owner couldn't be arsed to do their research as you are.0 -
