Yes, I am chasing. I’ve just phoned them- spoke to another Customer Analyst who confirmed that per their system I was owed the money. She does not know why the credit transaction did not go through in June and have passed a query to their Accounting Dept (AD). I asked to be put through to their AD to help resolve the problem sooner. But she insisted that she was the highest level of person I could speak with. She wouldn’t even put me through to her supervisor. She also couldn’t say when the reply is due back from their AD. Apparently, the whole process could take between 30-90 days. Well, I’m on my 45th day- another 45 days of waiting!
I don’t understand why they can’t put through the credit transaction to the same credit card which they used to charge me with? (it wasn’t even 24 hours since the first transaction!). The card hasn’t expired or been cancelled.0 -
