Hi,
I joined emusic.com through cashback site Greasy Palm. I signed up for the 14-day free trial and entered my Credit Card details.
I was planning to cancel my subscription within Free Trial Period but today (within 3 days), I see that Emusic has charged me £8.99 to my Credit card.
I googled a lot but could not find contact number for Customer Services Dept of emusic. There is no phone number mentioned on their website.
I have raised a query through online form but have not received any response. Any way to deal this situation??

if its a credit card you can do a charge back by calling your card issuer/bank0

They'll send you a form, you complete it and send it back. Remember to keep proof you've cancelled the contract.0

Sorted out..
I had a 'live chat' with their Customer Service reps... they refunded £8.99 on my card... immediately cancelled the account..0 -
Just to let everyone know that eMusic are still doing their little trick of charging £8.99 if you cancel during the 'free trial period'. And they still don't respond to emails to their customer services department.
They are a bunch of con merchants - keep well away!
