Vodafone - Returns Nightmare

    They have been a nightmare for me with regards to the S5 purchase and return, but I've been a pay monthly customer with them for years without any problems. If they ever call me to offer any trials / discounts I always ask them to follow up their call with an email or letter before I agree.

    With regards to the S5 the problem has been with staff and their problem in understanding what I am asking. I believe this is partly due to the loss in translation between what I am asking, and what they think I am asking. This could be down to staff training, or another reason that I'd rather not get in to. The CEO office have intervened and dealt with my individual case, but I know there are still lots of people stuck with a phone they don't want.
