They're synonymous. The standard PC layout labels both keys as "Enter".

Often it won't run properly (or the computer won't boot) until MalwareBytes' has been run in safe mode. Then you can reboot normally, and run MalwareBytes' again.
Last time I had a problem where MWB wouldn't run, I used the chameleon mode to get it to work then ran it again as the "normal" program.
