    I opened 2 a/c's on line to get round the 2k max with no bother whatsoever. I just bounce £500 between the two by SO every month. Not bothered what their customer service record is, I've had no problems with either a/c & no need to contact them.

    LOADS of people do this with many a/c's running, only 'difficulty' with some is the 2 x DD requirement & there are simple enough ways round that as well. Not a requirement with TSB though.
    Seen it all, done it all, can't remember most of it.

    Ditto.

    It works very well and I get £6+ per month in each. Every little helps. :D

    Thanks guys. That's what I thought. Just wanted to check I wasn't missing anything.

    It would be nice if the limit was higher, but oh well.

    my wife & myself have 6 x £2k = £12000;

    and then have £500 going in & out of the accounts ,

    if you go in the bank they will set it all up for you, job done
