Hope this is the right place to post. I started my small business nearly 6 months ago and it's not worked out. I am on the NEA allowance scheme. I am very upset about this but there's nothing more I can do - tying myself up in knots to just get on with it and move on. I have an account with TalkTalk internet/phone on a 1 year contract. Before I let them know I have to cancel will I still be charged?

Probably, but your best starting point is reading your contract.Signature removed for peace of mind0

I assume this isn't a Limited Company and that the TalkTalk contract is in your own name?
Your probably liable for the full year's contract if that's the case.
Doesn't the NEA scheme come with a mentor who should be able to help you with this?0 -
You are right, just spoken to Talk Talk and I would be liable to pay £300.00 if I cancel before my year is up. Yes it is in my name. Great!0

What's your personal contract like? Can you cancel that and use the biz one? It may be more expensive than you need, but at least you see some benefit.Signature removed for peace of mind0

I only have the business internet/telephone. I cant afford to have the internet/landline at all. My business contract ends September 2015.0
