I have joined Experian to discover my credit score....but they don't seem to be able to 'find' me..
I have two credit cards and have enrolled on the Electoral Register (albeit recently) and although have changed address twice in last four years , was at an address for 25 years plus prior to that...so can anyone tell me what to do....because with no credit score I don't think I will stand a chance of being accepted for a balance transfer card, which is what I am seeking....thank you...:)

I would be more than happy to help you with this one, if you could email me your details (name/dob/address) I can take a look at the reason why your credit report isn't pulling your information.
If you wanted to double check you’ve added your previous address information, your credit report will show up to six years’ worth of account history, to do this click on 'my details' when your logged in and you will then be able to add your previous address information.
I look forward to your email.
