This is probably not a good forum to air this on.

However, it almost sounds as if you are saying that a result of being now in possession of this 185 page dossier that you now may be in a better position than you were before you received it?

If you want a 'stay', then in order to orchestrate that possibility, if I was you, I would contact the court directly and ask their advice on how to bring that about.
  • Its messy

For the original complaint the FOS may not want to get involved because there is litigation ongoing

You do however now potentially have a second complaint in connection with the fact the HSBC claimed documents were destroyed that do still exist. If this will hold any water predominately depends on if the documents actually support your case at all, which you dont mention.

Have you spoken to your FOS adjudicator about this development?

What do you actually want the stay for?

If the FOS won't get involved again, and I can understand why they might not be able to, then it sounds like you need to convince a 'no win, no fee' law firm of the merits of your case so that they will take it on. You'll have to pay them a big chunk of anything you do win but without proper legal advice and representation I think your chances of winning at all are very low.
