Parking Control Management parking charge

Hi, I am fighting 2 private parking charges right now using the guide here.
I used the letter here to send to PCM who sent me a parking charge notice for being parked on private land. It was actually the entrance to a private road where I was doing some work, it was dark and there were no signs that I could see. But anyway after a lot of reading, I understand reasonably well how it works.
PCM replied to say that it was now in the hands of their external debt collector and I will have to deal with them now.
I got a letter from Debt Recovery Plus Ltd demanding £160. I just made this reply for them, just wondered if this looks ok?

I am writing in response to your letter dated 08/01/2015.
Please refer this case back to your client Parking Control Management.
This debt is denied entirely, I am currently in dispute with Parking Control Management, so any further demands from you constitutes harassment and will be treated as such.
I trust this closes correspondence between us and I will not be hearing from you again, except to confirm that you will be referring this case back to your client.

The letter to DRP is fine. The alternative is to ignore them completely as all they are able to do is supply you with free bog paper. They will almost certainly ignore your letter so ignoring them will save you the cost of a stamp. Expect lots more free bog paper whether you send the letter or not.

Complain to the DVLA (email address is in the NEWBIES thread) that your appeal has been ignored and the PPC has gone straight to debt collectors instead of an independent appeals process.
