Anyway...back to the matter in hand - so sorry to hear of your fall. It is most definitely worth trying to recoup your genuine forecast losses. Even if you feel the supermarket did everything they could, you are quite within your right to try and ease the strain of the forthcoming months. Nothing to lose.

Thanks for the help all, I am going to look into all your advice and see if I can find anything that will help with just the basic expenses. I haven't got legal cover on my home insurance that will help. I think I will try write to them first to ask for some assistance and use a claims management company of all else fails.

It wasn't soap from a dispenser, there was pink hand wash on the side and this was a milky slime with an oil like residue. Im not describing it well.
