1st appeal rejection.

Hi
Just had my first appeal rejected by UK PC. Looks like they have sent me a standard rejection letter.
Basically I parked on a free retail type car park. However I parked in a poorly signed 'staff only' part near Nando's and was issued a 'pcn' on the grounds that I did not display a permit. Part of my appeal is based on, as they did not offer me to park then no contract was concluded and therefore this must be civil trespass.
I am looking for some advice before I write my POPLA appeal- can I state that this is a civil trespass, as their rejection letter is heavily worded around breach of contact?

Just use all the standard POPLA appeal points that can be found from the NEWBIES sticky. If they are claiming breach of contract, then no GPEOL is a sure fire winner. You may also want to add something around "if it's trespass then UKPC cannot make a claim as they are not the landowner."0
