    W; YS M&S salmon crispbakes with mash and beans
    T; hm pizzas
    F; Turkey curry and rice
    S; fish n chips

    Tuesday - LO roast pork, mash & veg
    Wednesday - Pork & peanut noodles
    Thursday - Sundried tomato pasta
    Friday - Fish pie
    Saturday - Tiny toads
    Sunday - Lasagna
  • Hello, can I join? I have lurked for a while but never get round to posting, but I love a meal plan thread.


    Sun - Roast chicken, jacket spuds, salad
    Mon - LO roast chicken with veg, rice and jerk seasoning.
    Tue - quiche, salad, couscous
    Wed - some sort of haddock bake thingy
    Thu - HM French bread pizza, oven chips
    Fri - Prawn curry, rice, dhal
    Sat - Faggots, peas, mash
  • I'm late posting this week. There are some yummy looking meal plans on here.

    Sat - HM tomato and courgette soup from the freezer
    Sun - Roast beef, veg and yorkshires
    Mon - Turkey chilli with cauliflower rice
    Tue - Aubergine bake
    Wed - Turkey stir fry
    Thur - Baked mackerel with roast veg
    Fri - Lancashire hot pot

    Lunches will be homemade soup and breakfast with be porridge.
    I am playing all of the right notes just not necessarily in the right order :D.
  • Monday roast veg&bean soup with sprouted quinoa bread fruit crumble
    Tuesday chickpea&banana curry spageti squash, choc brownie
    wednesday lentil lasagna, apple pie& banana ice cream
    Thursday spag bol
    friday leek&potato pie, fruit custard
    Saturday stir fry& noodles, fruit bread
    Sunday will be freezer day ;) lol

    Breakfast is porrage/weetabix with fruit and almond or peanut butter.
