Faulty Bathroom suite

I purchased a new bathroom suite from Better Bathrooms, online AFTER discussing at length if the white bath and units would match as I know shades vary. I was assured they would but when checked they were varying shades of cream. After a battle they took them back but are insisting they were not faulty. My plumber and many others agree with me and on collecting them the driver asked what name they were and said he was taking lots back for this reason. I am still trying to get recompense as I had to go to ANOTHER TOWN to get something to fit in with my fitters dates and it is not what I wanted. Has anyone else ordered these and had the same problem? If I can find others to corroborate I may be able to get somewhere. I waited 14 years for my dream bathroom and its falling short.

If you want to send something back for a refund, then that is your right. It isn't the responsibility of better bathrooms to fit in with your time schedules.

If you save money by managing things yourself, you do it while taking a risk that if something goes wrong, it's your responsibility. Better bathrooms were selling you objects, not taking responsibility for your fitting dates.

If you want to manage with less risk, you have to have the suite before you book the fitting.
