Without opening all your mail, how would he know what letters were from Parking Eye, plus I think Parking Eye send out more than two letter.

They must send out the NtK, reminders plus a LBCCC, then you have the court papers on top.

Anyway, follow what hoohoo has said. I would also question your son on what other mail of yours he has intercepted, because I believe PPC letters, just look like your average bill, so difficult to tell what it is until opened.

I was wondering if the reason she has not had the mail is because they sent it somewhere else.
Would not be the first time would it.
Then change the CCJ address.
Worth exploring.
