I've this for the first time on a withdrawal i tried to do in Paypal. Not a large amount - £16.44 - never seen this before though.
Has been sitting at that status for almost 24 hours?
Anyone any thoughts as to why?

Yes, this happens sometimes, nothing to worry about. Paypal just like to conduct random reviews now and again.
If you want to get things moving sometimes giving paypal a call can speed things up. Otherwise it should be released in a few days tops.0 -
I always see it when I change the method of withdrawal, i.e. use a new ipad/mobile or mac.0
