3 MONTHS ON igadgets mobile phone recycling NOT PAYING

3 MONTHS and still NO PAYMENT
Between October 27th-31st October 2014 I sent my Apple iphone5 to igadgets to be recycled. They valued it at £80 which i accepted. WARNING VALUATION/REVISED PRICE OFFER EMAIL GOES TO YOUR JUNK FOLDER AND IF YOU DONT REPLY ITS AUTO ACCEPTED (after a period of time)
I waited until 6th December 2014 and no payment had been received into my bank account. I emailed and called to find out the issue. They said yes payment had been sent and will be received by 10th December 2014.
Payment was still not received so i called and emailed again to pursue the problem. I was then told i provided the wrong bank details.
WHY WAS THIS NOT CHECKED THE FIRST TIME I QUERIED PAYMENT? So i sent the correct details and expected them to re-send the payment.
Instead they said they will send a cheque once the erroneous payment is recovered from the random bank.
I ASKED THEM TO SEND A COPY OF THE DETAILS "I ORIGINALLY PROVIDED" ; WHICH THEY REFUSED?
After countless emails and calls WHICH THEY DON'T RETURN, 3 months later I am very concerned i will never receive any payment.
Any help or ideas for my next step would be appreciated.
