"must display a blue badge" - a popular one that most of these companies seem to like to use.

    Incorrectly.

Is that a Blue Peter badge?

    So that limits the bay's to Ford's, Saab's, Subaru's, BMW's, VW's and Volvo's

    http://www.thestar.co.uk/news/parking-fines-policy-review-at-meadowhall-1-5987779
A Meadowhall spokeswoman said: “We are in discussions with our contractors to review our policy on fines for disabled spaces.

"Discussions to review our policy" = Get them to jump ship to the IPC as they let us fleece people. Unbelievable.

So anyone who parks once, and then returns at any time will get a pcn. I wonder if the retailers at Meadowhall are aware that any customer is allowed just the one free visit.

Quite. So if you spend £1,000 there this afternoon, you're not permitted to spend a further £1,000 there tomorrow morning.

This retail park deserves to die.

I do wonder how these stupid no-return clauses stack up against basic consumer law. The law says that you are entitled to return goods for various reasons e.g. that they are faulty. How can they possibly square that with a threat to charge you £95 if you do so?
