Meadowhall / PCM's new IPC Signage

It appears that PCM have changed the signage at Meadowhall (Surprisingly leaving the GPEOL route wide open over the busy Christmas period), sadly I am not allowed to call them Cowboys or Scammers, but I will leave the forum to reach their own conclusions.
As we all know, PCM jumped ship from the BPA and went to IPC, probably to take advantage of the "Kangaroo Court" over POPLA.
I have a personal gripe with the "Reputable Businessmen" at PCM/Meadowhall as pointed out in my Pepipoo thread when they thought it was acceptable to discriminate against genuine disabled visitors without a blue badge.
They have still insisted on a Blue Badge, despite it not being valid on private land at all. I am on a one man crusade to bring the charade tumbling down and am willing to fight them in court.
Anyways, enough of the moaning, here is the signage (Also showing the DMUK Bribe, sorry, Badge) if anyone wants to see how well Meadowhall treat their disabled visitors, as well as their own staff and contractors. There have been alleged incidents involving female staff members walking to a car park at night time (Between 10pm and midnight) nearly a mile away from the far end of the centre to a secluded car park that has been allocated for staff.
Plenty of bashing on the Meadowhall Facebook Page and a group appears to have been set up to argue the Staff Parking is a JOKE!

This seems as if cel v mccaffrty applies. (Not a genuine offer and therefore a disguised penalty) and also dennings red hand rule. (Onerous terms cannot be hidden in small font)Dedicated to driving up standards in parking0

Quite. But the IPC/IAS would laugh arguments like this out of the room, it is disgraceful that something so black and white would have to be dragged through the courts, possibly costing more than £95 in time and effort to defend. We’ve had to remove your signature because your opinion differs from ours. Do as I do and simply avoid Meadowhell.0

But if they do, and it gets in front of a judge, you can argue that they are being unreasonable and ask for costs for your time to be awarded. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -

This was done to death and they didn't care. Possibly the result of a comfortable relationship but I could not sayWe’ve had to remove your signature because your opinion differs from ours. Interesting use of English on the new sign, tending towards the "gibberish" comment supplied by a small claims judge I have read on other threads here.
"You will be liable for additional parking charges for each and any subsequent 24 hour period (or part thereof) that the vehicle remains or if it returns at anytime"
So anyone who parks once, and then returns at any time will get a pcn. I wonder if the retailers at Meadowhall are aware that any customer is allowed just the one free visit.
I am but a humble university lecturer, but would like to think that at least I have a basic grasp of English, and hence the instructions, (unlike whoever was responsible for the wording on the signs).0 -
Well, I am not a University lecturer, and by no means humble, but I agree with you Sir.
However, in mitigation, the English Language is an incredibly difficult one to convey meaning, even London Transport got it wrong when they insisted that dogs must be carried by escalator riders, forcing non dog carriers to use the stairs. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
"must display a blue badge" - a popular one that most of these companies seem to like to use.
