Panasonic px 50 power suppl;y board ?

I have a pannasonic px 50 plasma tv
yesterday there was a power outage which caused all my electrical stuff to turn of
my panny tv was on standby but when the power came on about 15 secs later the standby light was not on.
i have changed the fuse in the plug and left the power unplugged for 2 minutes but it dows not want to power on
could it be the supply board and is it likely that panasonic will repair it if i brought it in august 2012 for free ? - under soga
any ideas
