Grant of Representation

I have just received the grant of representation for my fathers estate. On form PA1 i requested 4 official copies and paid the additional $2 as required. However,i have not received the additional copies back with the original. Does anyone know if these are sent separately, or do I need to contact the probate office?

ETA: documents were sent to Sheffield, but grant has come from Leeds - which one do I contact if necessary?

I don't know, but please post back when you find out, because we're waiting for our grant to come and it would be good to know whether to be concerned if the copies we've asked for will come with the original or not!

I'd start by phoning Leeds, btw, on the grounds that they sent out the original. The worst that can happen is that they tell you to ring Sheffield!

Just rang the Leeds office (no reply from Sheffield), and the additional copies should have come with the original. They were very apologetic and will send them straight away.
