    It could be argued that your bf would be using energy at his place, and whilst at yours, he's not paying for anything.
    Your flatmates may argue that such freeloading is not on!
    They may also want some "hassle" payment for having to have him in the house

    They believe that he is putting the gas and electric up considerably.....hmm....does this also coincide with ....winter?

    This is the problem with Humanities students.
    They can't think scientifically, and think that jumping to conclusions based on wishful thinking is original thought.

    Make some science based friends, and share with them.
    We are really easy to find, just head for the guy that everybody in the party is trying to avoid, because he hasn't learned to lie about being a chemical engineer.
