UKCPS ticket appeal success!!

Just thought id share with you all my recent ticket and subsequent appeal, rejection and re-appeal success to IAS.
I parked in an unlit car park ajoining a store in Brighouse, West Yorkshire, where two hours free parking is allowed. Apparently i was in the wrong car park. I was issued with a PCN and appealed immediately.
UKCPS rejected the appeal, by letter and by a phone call from a "slack Alice" operator who told me to appeal to the IAS.
So I did! And won!
UKCPS, only sent a photo of my car parked, they didn't attach the photo of the car park, the signage or the map of the location, all of which they referred to in there defence.:rotfl:
So it just goes to show always appeal!:D

Any chance of sight of either a photo/scan or a transcript of the IAS decision in your favour? They're as rare as hens' teeth these days - this could be a collectors' item.
Hasbeen done over by his own ATA's tame appeals' service. Very difficult for an IPC PPC to fail at IAS.
Not a cause for celebration in the caravan today Pete! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
