Send them a letter informing them that the registered keeper absolves themselves of liability under POFA 2012 as they have refused to provide an independent appeal.
Obtain a cert of postage : head it: LEGAL NOTICE :I do Contracts, all day every day.0 -
its a bespoke complaint to S Clark and the AOS at the BPA , one you assemble yourself (dunno why people expect templates for everything)
write the complaint with timeline, lack of popla code, add copies of all paperwork and any copies or scans of proof of postage0 -

Hello guys … so after all now I have received a reply to my complain to the British Parking Association stating for ‘Park Direct Uk Ltd’ ( as the appeal was not received within 28 days and the appeal was not accepted or rejected – no POPLA code is required )
Also since then I have received three letters from ‘debt Collectors’ asking for payment , last one offering some reduced amount and suggesting that is their way of demonstrating to the court that they have made attempts to settle this matter
I did follow the original advice and sent

Park Direct Uk Ltd refuse to deal with me and even stated that the case was referred to debt recovery agency and I should send any correspondence direct to them !!
