POPLA Appeal point

Hey

Can anyone tell me what the reason I should use, i.e. why I'm appealing, it. Options given are:

I was not improperly parked.

The parking charge (ticket) exceeded the appropriate amount.

The vehicle was stolen.

I am not liable for the parking charge

I guess I should till I am not liable and the car was not improperly parked?

Obviously I'm submitting multiple points in my actual appeal i.e. pre estimate of loss, no contract

Thanks Deep,

I noticed someone else appealing on the POPLA Page said the entire appeal wasn't submitted. My appeal is quite long so I'm worried that all of it won't go through.

There doesn't appear to be a way of attached the word document either. What the best thing to do?

you should stick to one thread (your old one)

pm crabman and ask him to merge them

there is DEFINITELY an attachment option on the popla website , so use it , then post a precis in the submission box and say SEE ATTACHED APPEAL for them to read the full appeal

tick everything except STOLEN (3 of 4)

Sorry Redx, I wasn't getting any response on the old one, so thought it wasn't showing up for some reason.

I just used the text box and then got an email showing the entire appeal, so I'm assume it's all good? I attached my word doc where it says submit your evidence, is that the one you mean?

I emailed them a bunch of photos showing no signs and the out of order machine, and mentioned the POPLA ref and PCN code?

Do you think I've covered everything?
