Win a Magimix and an iPad Air, plus a year’s subscription to Cooked.com.

This free prize draw is open to all UK residents (excluding the Republic of Ireland) aged 18 or over, except employees and their families of Bloomsbury Publishing, Hardie Grant, Quadrille Publishing, Magimix, their agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
Only one entry per household.
Entries must be received by 1pm on Monday 16th February, 2015.
Entries will not be acknowledged or returned.
No responsibility will be accepted by Cooked for any lost or incomplete entries. Participation instructions form part of these terms & conditions.
Entrants should enter by submitting their email address on www.cooked.com/uk. Entries received after the closing date of the promotion will not be considered.
Only one entry will be permitted per person, regardless of method of entry. Bulk entries made by third parties will not be permitted.
There is one combined prize consisting of a Magimix Cuisine Système 4200XL food processor in red, an iPad Air Wi-Fi 16GB Silver and a year’s subscription to Cooked.com (the winner will be emailed a code which they can redeem on the site to access this subscription). No cash alternative will be offered and the prize is not transferable. In the event of circumstances outside its control, the promoter reserves the right to provide alternative similar prizes of equal value. The decision of the promoter in all matters is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be randomly drawn from entries which qualify for the draw within 7 days of the closing date and the winner will be notified by email within 15 days of the closing date of 16/02/15.
If the winner does not reply to a winning notification within 28 days, then the promoter reserves the right to re-draw the prize, in which case the original winner will forfeit any rights to a prize.
By entering the promotion, the participants agree:
1. to be bound by these terms and conditions;
2. to subscribe to the Cooked newsletter;
3. that their surname and county of residence may be released if they win a prize. They must confirm that their residential address, and the address to which the prize will be posted to, is a UK address.
Any breach of the promotion terms & conditions by an entrant will void their entry.
Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry.
Bloomsbury, on behalf of Cooked.com, reserve the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the promotion if circumstances make this necessary.
