Is it worth having Both PS4 and xbox one??

I have a PS4 and use it for films and playing games e.g driveclub etc... All my friends have a ps4....

I would only get an xbox one for halo & Forza 5/horizon 2 that's about it... won't use any other game...

So is it worth me getting xbox one just for Forza and halo?? I loved those game when I had a xbox 360 before my PS4

I use my PS4 Few times a week but not loads

Depends how much spare cash you have and if you can justify spending £300+ on a console you will only use for exclusives. It doesn't sound like you get much chance just now to play the PS4 so you would be splitting that between 2 consoles. That said, Horizon 2 is a fantastic game and probably most fun driving game on the Xbox just now.

The xbox has some great exclusives out now (Forza series, Halo, Titanfall, Sunset Overdrive) and more planned this year (Crackdown, new Tombraider - timed exclusive, Fable Legends, Quantum Break and Scalebound). There are also a few ID@Xbox indy games coming out this year which look interesting and there will be a new gears of war game at some point further down the line.
  • I have just purchased a ps4 after having my xbox1 since it first came out and can say without a doubt I could live without the xbone. I hated PS3 but the ps4 is soo much better. Horizon 2 on xbox is great but halo was a big let down. I'm a convert ps4 all the way. I will keep it for now but if I had purchased ps4 first I wouldn't buy an Xbox now not for horizons 2 and halo

did you like your xbox one??
  • I have both and suggested sticking with the PS4, since you have to pay to play online.

If you like Halo (and play online) then I don't see how you couldn't be interested.

Well personally it seems a big investment just for a few games - although as a intense xbox player if it is a game that you like playing I can relate to knowing how much time you will spend on them! So, it depends on what that £400 will do to your bank account really.

The only problem with an xbox there is other things to have to purchase to get the full experience - An extra controller £40, the games £40 each plus xbox live which is £45 pounds a year(maybe cheaper on amazon.co.uk).
