A4 colour printing

Hi chaps - I've been quoted a couple of hundred pounds for 1,000 A4 leaflets ... I will need to print more of these throughout the year and was thinking maybe I should buy a printer (probably laser not inkjet) myself, has anyone any experience of this ... I guess after toner cartridge costs it's probably not a cheap option ... any advice please ... Roger

Not just a laser printer and toners (which are not cheap) and an expensive printer if you want colour, but special paper for printing leaflets, so it may be cheaper getting them printed

do they have to be A4?

Printing might be less hassle.

Aye leaflet paper, costs a fortune...
Some people should learn to be quiet when they know nowt.

OP have a look around, flyers are cheap and the most expensive but is the setup.

Once you hit 1000+ then offset printing is likely to be cheaper, and glossy leaflet stock looks and feels much better than copier paper.
