begging for my prize

You are not alone 100ausha100 :A
I once won on facebook & having spotted my win (they didn't notify)
I had to post several times on their page to get my prize.:o
I am now at what is early days 'win' with another company (who did notify me, but it has got a little complicated) & hope to have more news early next week or I fear I will need advice to 'escalate' to ASA or whoever.
So rest assured some you win (& get your prize swiftly) & some you don't !:happylove Those who bring sunshine into the lives of others cannot keep it from themselves. :happylove0 -
If it's getting silly, I send a tweet or write a Facebook post saying something like "Hello there, I still haven't received my prize, won on the [date]. Please could you confirm when this arrive as I would hate to have to take the matter further". It seems to do the trick.0

Yes, posting on the FB page or Twitter feed can also get results. I personally prefer to do it by email but I know a few others who have got results from posting via social media.Whatever way you choose to chase, you need to be firm. If you entered a competition fairly and won, then you are entitled to your prize, no matter how big or small or expensive it is.
:TA big thanks to all who post and sprinkling lucky dust to all who enter :smileyhea0 -
I've done the same (RE social media)
Twice I've not received a prize within 40 days and just posted on Twitter something like:
"Does @whoeverthecompanyis not read their emails, so excited about receiving such and such prize. Bit disappointed"
And one of them emailed me to ask for my address again to send out the prize (within 20 minutes of the tweet being sent) and the other sorted it out with the PR team who were meant to send out the prize within a week with various tweets being sent.0 -
I won a Twitter comp, for a Liverpool kit before it was released that was in April 2013, I never got it. I had abuse for entering competitions via a member of their team and told to stop tweeting comps. Went to ASA end result no prize as they had no email address. Majority are decent but you may need to chase up a select few are not so decent xxI love this board, have "virtually" met so many lovely people, people I am honoured to count as friends.
