Accepting payments through another business.

Hi, would it be possible to accept a card payment through the business next door and for them to pass on the money to me? This would mean I wouldn't have to invest in the card payment tech.
Thanks

I can't imagine their card processing terms would allow it - and they'd become liable for your breach of service/delivery. And it looks very dodgy. And they'd have to account for it. Bad idea.
Worldpay Zinc and I settle are popular small business card processors for chip and pin visa and MasterCard through a smartphone or tablet. Purchase the handset for £50-80ish, then it's pay as you go at 2.75%, no monthly fees. Of the two, I prefer WPZ as the cust service is a UK call centre, and there are handset discounts available via the referrers thread on this site, but people like both.0
