New eBay account, where am I going wrong?

I signed up for a new eBay account, created a new paypal account, registered my card and bank account details on the account, linked the paypal account with my eBay account, but I can't list anything to sell because I keep getting a message saying that the paypal account email address is not recognised, I have checked the address for spelling mistakes, logged in to the paypal account and all is well, have I missed filling something in somewhere?

If you have just registered in the past 24 hours for both i'd give it a day or 2 and see if that works. sometimes there is delays in systems etc. But I don't think you have anything to worry about. Something to point out though as a new seller paypal sometimes hold funds of your sales for a while can't remember how long, maybe someone with more experience can tell you.Need to get rid of my Yankee Candle Habit, Not very money saving of me
