FWIW, I just treated the question as "What's your favourite breakfast to have in Dorset?", because I couldn't see anything to suggest (on the page or from a quick Google) that there's a particular thing known as a Dorset breakfast

I think Dorset refers to the maker of the tea in question. I would suggest that any breakfast with tea should suffice!
