Good evening,
My brother on law received a parking ticket from the above company for waiting in the car for a few mins whilst I collected a car seat.
There are resident car park spaces but he parked on the road where their are no markings. I believe there is a small sign, but to my knowledge is not really readable in the dark.
The contravention time says 17.56 and the two photos show 17.54
Is this a valid ticket? Please advise I have read a few of the threads and have picked up on some of what to do but the. It all became a blur
Thank you

they are invoices, but nobody can tell you if they are "valid" , except a judge in court
read the NEWBIES sticky thread and appeal it anyway
treat it as an unpaid invoice that you dispute0
