relaying cheap carpet?

I have cheap felt backed carpet in the living room, it was glued down, would it be possible to pull it up and relay it in the bedroom,as I would like to buy some decent carpet for the living room, I can't afford to rebuy for the bedroom atm?

depends how well its been stuck down,if it comes up round the edges and corners then you should be ok0
