PCN for wife and i at hospital!!!

Basically the following has happened;
1. Within a week of each other my wife 23/10/14 and i 28/10/14 received PCN on windscreen at Vinci run car parking at University hospital wales. There were yellow lines, green tarmac and signs which were fixed to walls alongside with the building contractors livery on saying NO PARKING. Cars regularly parked there and used as a taxi rank.
2. Our cars were left there on seperate occasions to get our daughter to physiotherapy due to recently acquired disability through illness.
3. Cars were then removed on return. Parked there for hour at a time.
4. recently received NTK for both tickets, nothing done about it.
5. recently received correspondence from zzps requesting payment for each PCN of £90 each.
6. Best advice to not pay this PCN at all.
Many thanks

what you should do is read the NEWBIES sticky thread at the top of this forum
you should appeal to VINCI asap and dispute the invoices
you should complain to the hospital or pals asap and get the charges dropped
lastly, you should not be parking on these lines at all, its private property, but if your daughter (or one of you) is disabled the EQUALITY ACT 2010 applies, so threaten them with a counter claim under that law, if you or she qualifies
ignore ZZPS , read the newbies thread post #4 about debt collectors
and this one too
