Help with my credit report - linked with parents?

Hello,
I checked my credit report today due to being rejected for a credit card application.
I found two credit cards that I have no knowledge of (one with £313 on and another for over £3k) I don't know where to start in sorting these out!
Also, and I'm not sure if I should worry about this, there's a section that shows 'Financial connections'. I'm not sure if this is because this is down to the address (I thought these reports were personal??)
This shows a Northern Rock asset management account in my mothers name and a Capital Bank plc in my fathers name. The address is theirs.
Why are these on my credit report?! And how do I get them off?!?!

Hi mykeeb,
You need to raise a notice of disassociation with the agency that provided the impacted report. See links below.
Experian disassociation
Equifax disassociation
Callcredit disassociation0 -

Noddle is just a brand of Callcredit and they are part of the same company.
This is taken from Noddle's website:
If you want to disassociate yourself from an ex-partner or anyone else you have had a financial relationship with, you'll find a button in the Connections & Other Names section of your report which will allow you to tell us of any problems you have with the information on your report and we will then notify the lender and ask them to investigate.0 -

When trying to disassociate myself from the one in my mothers name, it asks for another address for her. She's still at that address.
I may need to get in touch directly with them0 -
Sounds to me your file is mixed up with your dad and the associate is correct, do you have a similar name to your dad?0

I am interested in the continued development of this saga. Please continue.0
