Ideal Isar HE30 Boiler issues

Hello everyone

I inherited this boiler when I moved into my house in 2011. No issues to date but I have noticed a damp issue in my cloakroom where the boiler is. I've traced this back to the boiler and in particular to the pressure gauge pipe (no idea on technical terms).

I've got a guy coming to take a look tomorrow. I have never used this person before (I have checked and he does have the relevant accreditations).

Is it likely to need to be replaced and if so, what is fair price for this kind of job?

I'm also looking to have the boiler serviced as well and the gas fire removed.

Any ideas on prices?
