I was under the impression you had only dealt with the store, seems I was right , hence my insistence that you take it to head office and I named their CEO for you too

it was also misleading for you to tell us the firm named the driver when frankly they haveny got a clue who was driving, they named you as keeper, which is why I pointed it out
you need to get a handle on this and learn the rules of the game asap, it will help us to help you to fight this if you just follow what we are telling you to do0
