Is there a First Utility Rep on this site?
Looking to resolve an issue that is really simple with FU but it is more than 7 months and they want me to go to the Ombudsman but why would they be involved when all that needs doing is the readings reversing. Gas has elec opening read and vice versa - so simple but 6 letters, numerous phone calls, emails and complaint ref number and still getting nowhere :mad:
