Virgin Media - Absolute Miss!!

Have you seen the ad campaign for Virginmedia about being number one customer service provider etc?
What a load of *&5$!!!! Where do they get their info from?
I wanted their 3 for £30 offer, broadband, TV and phone. They could not get phone service from the day of installation and after charging £25 for install. They could not replace the cable for SIX WEEKS!!!!!!! i got a refund on rental and the install fee after a few heated conversations (getting through to customer services is another L O N G story too)... and when they finally turned up to replace the cable, they couldn't do it.. it needed construction.
Cutting a long story short, I went mad.. I treid to cancel the whole contract but they would not let me, I said they had not fulfilled their contract, 3 services, but they said I could only cancel the phone as it was the only one not working.... so I had to bite the bullet. I have had to keep on a naff TV service and the broadband - BT had my phone working in 3 hours from order.. and I waited for 6 weeks for nothing except naff service and rude advisors.
I still want to cancel the contract but I just can't get through to a manager to get anywhere.
Anyone else had the same issues?
