Hi guys i was sequestrated july 2009 all over and done with
have been using credit card to build up some nice green ticks on credit file
even bought car on finance everything looking good then
31/12/2014 loyds asset finace update credit file saying default 2009 and still in default nice big red mark this had never been on credit file until then and was included in sequestration

think these people love making life hard for u i take i must now write asking for them to remove this default even though default 2009 6 years ago!!!

Just change the wording of any letter to make it appropriate to Scottish bankruptcy. The basic principles on dates and credit file statuses are the same.
