PCN from Parking Eye Holly St Sheffield

Hi,
I'm very new to Forums, and pretty useless at anything IT "ish"
I've received a PCN Reminder for my partner parking in Holly Street car park in Sheffield.
I've tried to find the FAQs that lots of people talk about but can't - it may be I just don't know how to .........
I intend to appeal - this is the first I've seen on this - I didn't get the original PCN, but in actual fact, my partner did park my vehicle in the car park after 5pm on a Sunday and didn't get a valid ticket as he didn't see a tariff.
I know my appeal can only be made on the grounds of unreasonable charges not in-keeping with the alleged offence etc. but has anyone else been in the same circumstances ? Hoe did you deal with it ?
thanks

the circumstances are rarely relevant
this post you have opened is a NEW THREAD, so is now a thread containing posts
look above this thread at the ones just below the green banner that say "sticky" , they are "stuck" to the top of this forum, so always just below the green banner
the second or third one down says NEWBIES in its title , read it , tells you all you need to know
its that simple
it also has clickable links to other useful threads , also note the other "sticky threads" may be of use to you, but start with the NEWBIES sticky thread
also note that PE rarely issue "parking tickets" , they use anpr to read your number plate on the IN and OUT of the car park, then the computer checks for this VRN on the payment ticket machine
their invoices then come through the post, like yours has0 -
If you're not so confident then I would suggest that you use the appeals company set up by trusted members of this forum:
