government grants for outside house insulation

Hi. Can anyone please tell me if they know when the next government grants are out for outside house insulation?
I've heard of.this a few years ago and really need some help on this.

  • Supposed to be out end of Feb-March when £130m will be made available in voucher form. This only covers up to £4000 per house, so many companies are quoting £6000-8000 . Each voucher last 6 months so work has to be started within time period.
    we used R2M assoc who did all the work.

    How much would it bring heating costs down on a semi-detached? About a third? If you have an exposed bricks look to the house, how would you go about replicating that?
