tweets if your around, looks like the SW vouchers are not what I thought...

I think you only get 4x '£1 off when when buying two SW meals at £3 each' :(

So, normal price 2 for £6, voucher price 2 for £5.

At least you ignored my waffling :rotfl::T

You are correct about the vouchers.....my SW consultant has just told us this info......not a great reduction but as the saying goes...every little helps :rotfl:

I know Tesco do so would think Sainsbury do, I think Aldi do but it depends on the store. It is generally quite cheap.

    Afternoon all :)

Unfortunately sister not listening to any advice we're offering. They are prepping to move to Hemel Hempstead where he lives and works. The plan was for her to get another job in optics but in the Hemel/St Albans area before moving to their own place. They have some money saved already and planned to live with his parents for about 6 months whilst my sis settled into a new job/they house hunted.

Apparently they can't stand living under this (free) roof for 6 months because of his sister. Don't get me wrong, she sounds like a nightmare (not abusive or anything like that) but I cannot explain that trying to make the best of this admittedly irritating situation for a short period of time is better than spending at least 12 grand renting for 6 months. That's 12 thousand pounds that could be on hand for solicitors fees/surveys etc etc. She is determined not to listen to two people who have saved for their own place and have experience. And no matter how much I tell her that 6 months is the blink of an eye and 12 grand is a lot of money......they could even be renting for longer if house hunting falls through or proves difficult.

But I'm done! I don't get it. I'd listen to my parents if I was about to get a mortgage. All I would do is listen to them! They've done it and I haven't! :)

Well....yes they may be better off financially staying put.

But if that's what they've decided then that's their call. They are grown ups and it's their money after all.

Perhaps the situation is so intolerable that staying there could be a relationship breaker.

Its up to them what they do, perhaps the monetary side of things is not the main issue for them here.

I know Mildred. It is their call of course.

Decided to say no more about it. I've certainly made my financial mistakes before so it's time to let them make theirs. That's how you learn and all that :money:

Hi I thought I would let you all know what I have just been told in M by the store manager.

I bought 3 bottles of Hardys Stamp Shiraz Red wine which is giving away 1500 More points. On my receipt I got 7410 Match points (I bought tin foil as well so that may have adjusted the amount slightly), but no More points showed. I took Receipt to CS who were very friendly and helpful. They called over the store manager and he said that it sometimes takes up to 72 hours for them to appear but he said they will. He took my name and M&M balance and said come back next time I'm in and I will check your points for you.

I know I can do this myself but I wanted to act dumb. Anyway my point is, if your More points don't show up, be patient, they will!
