Hi Bex, I did a candle shop today on a cc thinking it would compare to T but it unexpectadly compared to M. The comparison was £5 v £2 even though they were 2p on a.com. No candles though and I didn't get any subs. Hth x

Not sure why u thought it would compare to T's as there's no deal on there they have compared to M for over a week.
Ignore reality. There's nothing you can do about it.
    I have done reading too!

  • Because of the glitches on different items it seems most of us are happy to try different brands of toiletries and cleaning products. I've always been open to trying different brands however I'm aware that some people like to stick to what they're used to and don't like to try anything new. I'm unsure how common these people are though. I'd say the majority can been tempted to change product if it's cheap enough.

I'm wondering how many people on here have changed their ideas about brands since finding the elite. Has it made you more open to trying different brands or have you always been this way? I know that before I found this thread I used to buy a lot of items from the pound shop and I shopped in Tosco and would buy a lot of their own brands. Now I only shop in A5da and have become very snobbish about brands, I wouldn't use cheapo brands anymore after getting used to all the top brand items we get for cheap or better than free :D

I'm interested to hear about how how the Elite has changed other people's shopping habits :)

The only brand I insist on is Bisto powder, and we have tried others, just not the same. And I have to use Head and Shoulders or I turn into a mobile snowstorm:o. I am flexible on everything else:D

Pretty Please and grovel. I am thinking of doing my first CC shop ever and have tried reading back.

About the 2p candles, do they compare with the in-store price say £2 Asda V Morrisons at £5. I am really confused as thought everything compared with the price you ordered it at which is 2p.

Sorry to have to ask, but taking lots of meds at the moment which don't help. So if anyone could explain in baby steps I would be eternally grateful :o
