  • We had a really stupid sub, which if I refused on the CIC would have been faffing with the on line E-voucher, so we took them back to the shop and asked them to put the money on a gift card, which was easy. We went to get a few bits and pieces in the shop, and saw the SA who said that she had been told off and that everything for the CIC had to go through them and not in store!

    Thanks!!

So it is just a case of needing to ring up and hopefully they'll actually ring me back. It seems very 'faffy' they said we could do it online, but I can't find the return button anywhere on the order page. Hmph!

I have rang them once, when they cancelled a total order and did not inform me... indeed when I arrived to collect the shop they sent me to another shop 5 miles away. They had only refunded the credit card charge, not he e-vouchers. I was not a happy bunny... especially when I ended up being transferred between several departments ........ which I am sure was all sat in the same office! But eventually it was all resolved and vouchers returned :o:o:o

It's baffling to think, you'd think this would be simple. I thought the point of CC and HD was to be simple, this isn't simple

Going to call again now and hopefully I'll get the right result.

    Thanks for the info! :D

    Good morning,

I can't stop thinking about this and wondering about the motive for taking Ginny. 20 signs were delivered yesterday which will be displayed around the area Ginny was taken. I sincerely hope the £1000 reward is temptation enough for the scum who took her to hand her back

Also on Facebook if you search "find Ginny border terrier"

i have been following this all week. Apparently one of the neighbours saw the dog in the road but by the time he had turned his car around the dog had been picked up. Very sad. Hope she comes back .

    Hi Cheery

My bmf lives local to you and due to your new sainsbobs and their over stocking the 6.30 whoops is have filled all his freezers. He says around 2.30 on a Sunday.
So if you see a male mid 40 around 5 ft 8'' that's him. He is fully expecting to be asked if he is a friend of martins.
He has had a lot of very cheap joints of meat and no scrum when reduction are done so he says worth you and mumto3 joining in. It is actually so good he is not bothering with A or T at the moment.
He can hear a reduction gun go off in the car park he is that tight:rotfl:

    Hey All,

A bit of a   this morning.

Bought some AAA batteries with my regular CC from A the other day, got home and realised I'd bought the wrong one's and I needed AA instead.

Took them into the store I did the CC and apparently they can't do refunds for CC in store.

So I rang customer services... Who said they could have done it in store, but instead they'll ring me back in 2 hours with a driver and a time they'll come and collect them (to suit them not me)

    Never got a call.

Which means I'm now having to waste more of my time ringing them back to find out what the heck went on. Honestly, it's become more about principle than the  refund now.

Anyone else had a similar kind of issue?

Yeah, I've had one SA tell me the same - right faff to get a refund - but all the others just process like a normal return.
