    Have a lovely day Rose.

Am I the only one with no snow :(

No snow here. Shall we start a list. :rotfl:

Evangeline1971, you made me chuckle with your boss story. I texted a friend at the weekend to say I was really sorry but the girls and I were too poorly to come to her party but I hoped she had a lovely time. She replied ok. :rotfl: Sometimes I wonder if it's just me and I'm over polite.

Hope all well and not hampered by snow, unless you want to be. ;) I know school closure is a dream of my kids and dh!

Exciting day for me. Going to the shops to look at wedding dresses with DD. She is planning to get married in August. Register office booked, marquee booked and caterer ( my sister).

:j loved wedding dress shopping with my mum. Hope you have a lovely time and she finds 'the one'.

  • Good morning:wave:

    Hope everyone is well:)

Had a lovely morning planned today .....but I'm having a pj day instead. Littleman woke screaming in the night, I went in to see if he was ok and I think I've trapped a nerve in my spine so I'm now hobbling like my 87 year old nan:(
Mr monkey had to do the school run... Breakfast get them ready... he said its more stressful than a day in the office:rotfl:

I'm going to have a rummage to see if I can find that heat gel that was on offer in t... A while ago, I know I bought some:)

Then I will have a catch up:)

That is seriously a bad way to get your account noticed. They now say they have to check vouchers over a certain amount, you may not even get the voucher.

I will now get on my high horse, I really will not be taking part in this one, especially in such a big way. It is not in the spirit of things.

Put it simply, that really is robbing them, especially if you refused the toothbrushes.

    Good morning everyone :hello:

    Good morning :)

Really don't want to go in work today but not upto doing anything around the house either so I'll drag myself in. Tomorrow I have a job interview at the Italian restaurant I mentioned so I'll call in sick tomorrow. I'm not risking my boss stressing me out again when I have something this important to do.

Before anyone accuses me of skiving we don't get paid anyway for being off sick. I thought when I started that I was working with nice people and for the most part I am, except I found out that my female boss is not a nice person and she makes most days I'm there unpleasant :( We even have to pay £10 a month for hot drinks  I've had a lot of jobs before but never had to pay for brews :( So really hoping I can get my head together tomorrow and get this other job

    Good luck Evangeline!
