I was having problems recently and it turns out that for whatever reason their website will not work in a browser if you have LastPass (password manager) installed, due I assume to a recent security update (as it was always fine before!). This was the reason for my problem yet no issue with any other site. I now just keep one browser (Chrome - rarely used) without Lastpass plugin for using with TCB.

At SS tills the M&M vouchers come out of that little unit on top of the till, not from where the receipt comes out; watch out for the little amber light to start flashing after the 'Please take your receipt and change' message (and while holding out your hands whispering 'Gimme! Gimme! Gimme!' - that helps too:D)
