There was one at the bottom of the walnut whip.... unless we are both having the same strange dreams!!

I must be dreaming the same dream as I was sure when I was tiny there was a nut inside too. I am talking late 60s. :o

    Hi ss.

Was there a multibuy n the receipt for this? I'm sure they always seem to be on a multi offer in A and some of the 10 sachet boxes were comparing v M's price of £1 in the last couple of weeks. Seems unusual for A to charge 3 times what you could have got it for in M.

    Thanks
    SFSB

These are not £1 in M anymore. Sadly. They are now £2.99 there! So, A isn't charging about three times as much as M at the moment.

It would seem unusual, if that was the case, I agree. However, it is not very unusual for A to increase its price to match increased prices that are now on elsewhere!:rotfl: Several mbuy offers, in the yoghurts area for example, a couple of weeks ago - A were significantly cheaper, and stand out, on their own, so - they had to go from £1.89 A up to 2 for £5 to match everywhere else:(!

Thanks Bubbs. That's a decent price but I'm not in need at the moment. Someone kindly donated a 12ft very sturdy one to DS last year and it's still going strong :D

You have never seen pop sox?!! when i was young i used to wear them:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I'm going to have to resort to google to find out what they are :D
When I was at school it was the thing to wear 'slouch socks'. My poor mum had to go out and buy me some because I refused to wear my white knee socks :o
If you wore your white school socks pulled up to your knees you were called names :(
