I will SUCCEED :rotfl::rotfl:(well i hope) not cheap to start with about £45 start up cost

    Good luck Bubbs.

I gave up just over 10 years ago with the help of nicotine patches. I smoked for 20 years and was quite a heavy smoker in the last few years before giving up.

If you truly want to give up, and you are doing it for yourself rather than because someone else has told you you must, you should succeed. Just take it one day at a time.

There are many Elite now with coffee/tea/beer/wine all over their screens ...and the innocent ones looking for helicopters ;)

It is not past the 9pm watershed yet :o.

    Evening,
not sure now how T's multi on whoopsies works - never tried it before, thought it was the same as W's...
    tried 2 for £4.50, 2 for £3 - the multis didn't come off  :(, used SS

Nope , but if you buy meat in the 2 for £7 , 3 for £10 deal then £1 comes off with 2 and £2 comes off for every 3.

Also the tapas which are on multi multi buys

i checked my spam box too but nothing there :o
it all seems a bit strange that we both got calls but i'm guessing from different stores  as i didn't answer the call i think i'll got tomorrow & if they say it's broken or whatever i'll ask to see it as i'll say i think my hubby might be able to fix it & if it is actually broken i'll leave it saying it's too bad ;)

Even if it is damaged, I would be tempted to get it anyway. The Battery for one of these is £12.99 on Ebay, so I reckon you could sell it as a damaged/broken item on ebay/gumtree/local model shop etc. for much more than a fiver. These are £60-80 ish, and because they are model helicopters, they do crash and people want replacement parts.

If you had a call saying not in stock, then I would Email Halfords and get them to look into it, or possibly call the store and ask to speak to the manager and get them to double check.

Like I said before, I had items reserved instore that had to be delivered to them, so no chance of them not being in stock, and they disappeared, so pretty sure staff do hide/swap things every now and again.

    Hope people get theirs.
  • Does anyone know if the 8pk shades kitchen towel that is going through at £1 compares against anyone ?
